Sri Siva Prabhakara Kamaraj Swami (also known as Kamaraj Swami) was born in Madurai on early morning on Ashtami end of Tai month Wednesday 11th February 1981 at Pazhanganatham Madurai to Gurusamy Aiya and Bala Mani Amma couples.

One day when he went to Tiruvannamalai for Grivalam with his friends, as he was walking slowly behind his friends, a Sadhu in dirty clothes appeared in front of him and sprinkled water on his forehead and said the purpose of your birth had ended in this world. Moreover, the Sadhu informed us that the responsible duties to the world is in your hands. After receiving this message he left and he said that you will come and reach me.
